Processing Time All orders are handmade in small batches and typically ship within 3-5 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
- Free Priority Shipping on all orders of $50 or more within the United States
- Orders under $50 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.
Delivery Time Priority shipping typically takes 2-3 business days after your order ships. Total delivery time includes processing time plus shipping time.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Damaged or Lost Packages We take great care in packaging our cookies to ensure they arrive fresh and intact. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at southtosoulcookies@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
